the pup jackson

yep!

we got a pup. he's 6 weeks old & we call him jackson. he's pretty cute if you ask us!

we picked him up in a small town about 3.5 hours from our house. he had a long drive home. this is how we started the drive..

this is how we ended it... hahaha

the drive home was so so beautiful!! i loooove my state.

he'll grow big fast & it'll be nice for him to be able catch the real racoons in our backyard!

he's adjusting well, he is whiney but thats expected :)

have a great rest of your sunday afternoon!

photos of our first apartment!

my husband and i spent the first year and a half of our marriage in a cute little apartment. we have recently moved to a house and i plan on soon doing another home tour for our current home. but in honor of our first place i wanted to share a couple photos :)

these photos bring happy beautiful memories of warm spring and summer days. our first year of marriage was so fun! and the great part is-- it just keeps getting better!!

anyways, i hope you enjoyed little pieces of my old apartment. a new house tour will be coming shortly!!

pretty excited!

sightglass coffee, sf, ca.

i have the amazing privilege of living really close to a lot of amazing coffee shops. yesterday (and today too. yes, i went two days in a row...) my husband and i, with some friends went to sightglass coffee.

the feel of this coffee shop is probably my favorite one yet. its beautiful! huge, lots of open clean space, floor to ceiling windows and you can tell that they paid attention to every little detail in their shop, from their little display of the record that is currently playing to the acclaimed repurposed wood tables on their second floor. i look for the small details as well as  the big statement pieces & man, did sightglass succeed in both areas! i really love it.

it is off of 7th street in sf. if you're ever around that area, i highly recomend you go. its pretty safe to say that you won't be disappointed..

isn't it just great? so pretty. you need to go visit sightglass.

well, i am sure i will be posting many more coffee adventures on here. its a passion of mine. i love amazing coffee and pretty shops. thee end.
